SL -03 is a Phase III Bond Release and termination of the Di- vision's jursidiction of the Coal Ridge No. 1 Mine. This decision constitutes a full release of reclama- tion liability for the Coal Ridge No. 1 Mine. Pur- suant to Rule 3.03.3(1), the Division is proposing to terminate its jurisdiction over this entire coal mining operation. The underground operation is operated by C.B. Minerals Company, LLC under the provi- sions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Recla- mation Act of 1979. The bond release application was submitted by C.B. Minerals Company, LLC on March 23, 2020. CB Minerals Company, LLC, is re- questing final bond release and termination of juris- diction for the Coal Ridge No. 1 Mine. The affected area is located in Garfield County, approximately 7 miles West of Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Any person who has an interest which is or may be adversely affected may request an adjudicatory hearing regarding this proposed decision.
