notice of the expedited hearing, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B,through the
Court's ECF notification system on all parties receiving electronic notice in these chapter 11 cases,
as well as via overnight mail, electronic mail, and/or facsimile (to the extent available) on the
parties identified in Paragraph 17 of this Motion.
13. To ensure that parties in interest in these chapter 11 cases are made aware of this
Motion,the First Day Motions, and the notice of the expedited hearing,the Debtors have published
this Motion, the First Day Motions, and the First Day Declaration on the Debtors' restructuring
website at https://dm.epig1 Lcom/Hopedale (the"Case Website"). Should any party desire a copy
of the First Day Motions and the First Day Declaration in another format,the Debtors'will provide
a copy upon written request to Alison Moodie at (855) 907-2152 or
rhinoInquiriesLdepigglobal.com, at the Debtors' expense.
14. The Debtors request that the Court deem service of the First Day Motions and
notice of emergency hearing as set forth herein to be adequate and appropriate under the
circumstances and in full compliance with applicable provisions of the Bankruptcy Code, the
Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and the Local Rules.
II. Shortened Time for Response to First Day Motions
15. As required by Rule 9073-1 of the Local Rules, the Debtors respectfully request
herein that the Court shorten the response deadline for each First Day Motion to be the date and
time set by the Court for the hearing on the First Day Motions, and that such date be the first
practical date available to the Court.
MOTION PRACTICE
16. This motion includes citations to the applicable rules and statutory authorities upon
which the relief requested herein is predicated and a discussion of their application to this motion.
Accordingly,the Debtors submit that this motion satisfies Local Rule 9013-1(a).
