ORDERED that service of notice of expedited hearing on the First Day Motions <br /> through the Court's ECF notification system on all parties receiving electronic notice in these <br /> chapter 1 1 cases and via overnight mail, electronic mail, and/or facsimile (to the extent available) <br /> on the First Day Notice Parties is deemed sufficient and adequate notice under the circumstances <br /> and in full compliance with the applicable provisions of the Bankruptcy Code, the Bankruptcy <br /> Rules, and the Local Rules, and the Debtors are directed to file a Certificate of Service certifying <br /> service in accordance therewith; and it is further <br /> 6. ORDERED that parties in interest seeking to oppose the relief requested may do so <br /> by filing an objection prior to the hearing and prosecuting the objection during the hearing or by <br /> raising their objections orally in open court at the hearing; and it is further <br /> 7. ORDERED that notice of the Motion as provided therein shall be deemed good and <br /> sufficient notice of such Motion and the requirements of Bankruptcy Rule 6004(a) and the Local <br /> Rules are satisfied by such notice; and it is further <br /> 8. ORDERED that the Debtors are authorized to take all reasonable actions necessary <br /> to effectuate the relief granted in this Order in accordance with the Motion; and it is further <br /> 9. ORDERED that this Court retains exclusive jurisdiction with respect to all matters <br /> arising from or related to the implementation, interpretation, and enforcement of this Order. <br /> 3 <br />
