To ensure that parties in interest in these chapter 1 1 cases are made aware of this <br /> Motion,the First Day Motions,and the notice of the expedited hearing,the Debtors have published <br /> this Motion, the First Day Motions, and the First Day Declaration on the Debtors' restructuring <br /> website at https://dm.epigl Lcom/Hopedale (the"Case Website"). Should any party desire a copy <br /> of the First Day Motions and the First Day Declaration in another format,the Debtors' will provide <br /> a copy upon written request to Alison Moodie at (855) 907-2152 or <br /> rhinolnquiries(ci epigglobal.com, at the Debtors' expense. <br /> 14. The Debtors request that the Court deem service of the First Day Motions and <br /> notice of emergency hearing as set forth herein to be adequate and appropriate under the <br /> circumstances and in full compliance with applicable provisions of the Bankruptcy Code, the <br /> Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and the Local Rules. <br /> Il. Shortened Time for Response to First Day Motions <br /> 15. As required by Rule 9073-1 of the Local Rules, the Debtors respectfully request <br /> herein that the Court shorten the response deadline for each First Day Motion to be the date and <br /> time set by the Court for the hearing on the First Day Motions, and that such date be the first <br /> practical date available to the Court. <br /> MOTION PRACTICE <br /> 16. This motion includes citations to the applicable rules and statutory authorities upon <br /> which the relief requested herein is predicated and a discussion of their application to this motion. <br /> Accordingly, the Debtors submit that this motion satisfies Local Rule 9013-1(a). <br /> 6 <br />
