Case 1:20-bk-12043 Doc 3 Filed 07/22/20 Entered 07/22/20 17:38:25 Desc Main
Document Page 41 of 42
M. MOTION OF THE DEBTORS FOR ENTRY OF AN ORDER ESTABLISHING
CERTAIN NOTICE, CASE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE
PROCEDURES
97. The Debtors seek entry of an order approving certain Case Management
Procedures, among other things, (a) establish requirements for filing and serving court filings, (b)
delineate standards for notices of hearings and hearing agendas, (c) fix periodic omnibus hearing
dates and articulate mandatory guidelines for the scheduling of hearings and objection deadlines,
and (d) limit matters that are required to be heard by the Court. Given the size and complexity of
these chapter 11 cases, I believe that implementing the Case Management Procedures will
promote judicial economy and facilitate the fair and efficient administration of these chapter 11
cases.
N. DEBTORS MOTION FOR ENTRY OF AN ORDER (I) AUTHORIZING THE
DEBTORS TO (A) FILE A CONSOLIDATED LIST OF CREDITORS IN LIEU
OF SUBMITTING A SEPARATE MAILING MATRIX FOR EACH DEBTOR
AND (B) REDACT CERTAIN PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
FOR THE DEBTORS EMPLOYEES,AND (II) GRANTING RELATED RELIEF
98. The Debtors seek entry of an order authorizing the Debtors to (i) file a
consolidated list of creditors in lieu of submitting separate mailing matrices for each Debtor (the
"Creditor Matrix"), and (ii) redact certain personally identifiable information for the Debtors'
employees. Permitting the Debtors to maintain a single consolidated list of creditors in lieu of
filing a separate creditor matrix will benefit the Debtors and their estates by allowing the Debtors
to more efficiently provide required notices to parties in interest and reduce the potential for
duplicate mailings.
[Signature page follows.]
41
