EXHIBIT S—Permanent Man-Made Structures
Weld County Road 120, a County-maintained graded gravel road extends east-west along the north property line of
the Koskie site. Visual reconnaissance of the proposed gravel excavation and gravel processing areas shows one
livestock water well, a fence on the north side of the site, a fence on the east side of the property, two telephone
pedestals adjacent to County Road 120 and a telephone line in ground under the southern borrow ditch for County
Road 120. The livestock water well and fences are owned by Scott Koskie. Weld County owns and maintains CR
120. Nunn Telephone owns the telephone pedestals and telephone line.
A Structure Agreement with Scott Koskie was provided as part of the original permit and has been updated to
include the fence on the east side of the property. A copy of the executed agreement is attached.
Since CR 120 is owned and maintained by Weld County, a structure agreement is not needed.
The Nunn Telephone Company has been sent a copy of the structure agreement via certified mail. A copy of
executed agreement is attached.
