1.3 Success Standards <br /> Revegetation success at Colowyo for Phase II will be assessed against performance standards for <br /> 1) vegetative ground cover and 2) sedimentology. A summary of permit requirements applicable to <br /> Phase II success evaluations is presented below[full explanation is detailed in permit Volume 1, Section <br /> 4.15.8]. This bond release block is compared against the Mountain Shrub Reference Area (55%weight) <br /> and Sagebrush Reference Area (45% weight) [permit Volume 1, Section 4.15.7]. <br /> 1. Vegetative Ground Cover Standard <br /> Revegetation will be deemed adequate if average perennial cover at the reclaimed site is equal to <br /> or greater than 90% of the perennial herbaceous vegetative cover of the appropriate reference <br /> area(s) comparison. [permit Volume 1, Section 4.15.8; and permit Volume 15, Section 4.15.8]. <br /> 2.
