Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA - Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA - Processing Waste Y -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Williams Fork; C1981044,operated by Moffat County Mining LLC. <br /> The inspection was conducted and the report and photos prepared by me,Robin Reilley of the DRMS. <br /> Temperature was approximately 75 degrees F, skies were clear and there was a breeze Roads into and <br /> around the site are in good repair with no ruts or standing water. The ground was dry.No offsite air or <br /> water quality issues were noted at the time of inspection. <br /> PERMITTING ACTIONS in PROGRESS: <br /> o Land Use Change from rangeland/crop to industrial <br /> o Technical Revision for stock tanks <br /> o Update to the Reclamation Plan <br /> o SL4 in process at DRMS <br /> o SL5 for fall 2020 <br /> INSPECTION <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is underway as permitted. Most facilities have been removed throughout the site. <br /> Approximatly 30 acres remain for seeding this Autumn (2020). There was no activity occuring at the site <br /> as contracting had been halted due to the novel corona virus. Remaining contracting activites have been <br /> budgeted for the 2021 field season. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3)14.03.2(3);Drainage 4.03.1(4)14.03.2(4);Surfacing and Maintenance 4.03.1(5) <br /> and(6)14.03.2(5) and(6);Reclamation 4.03.1(7)I4.03.2(7) <br /> o Main haul road and access roads were dry,in good repair and well maintained at the time of <br /> inspection. <br /> o Ditches appeared to be functioning adequately.
