EXHIBIT H
Wildlife Information
In 2000, the applicant of a Construction material Regular (112) Operation Reclamation Permit
Application had contacted the local wildlife officer for the area, Roger Lowry, and had been
determined that there are no endangered or threatened species from either federal or state
lists present in the area. The area is generally prairie dog habitat. There is no significant
wildlife resources in the area of the affected land. I attempted to reach out to current wildlife
office, Cody Purcell (codypurcell@state.co.us), but was unable to get a response. There is no
reason to believe anything has changed.
