EXHIBIT E
Reclamation Plan
Reclamation efforts began 07/13/2015 according to the attached invoices. Invoice #37699, in
the amount of$44,925.00, indicates mobilization of equipment was done on this date. Invoice
#37782, in the mount of$119,592.50, indicates it was completed in August of 2015. In addition
to these two invoices, I have attached a copy of a plat map marked, RECLAIMED GRAVEL PIT,
completed by Messenger & Associates.
This application is to amend the prior application submitted by my deceased father, Phil
Bourassa. Because a small pile of gravel, location noted on the plat map, was left on top of the
reclaimed pit for use as road base during future development, we are seeking to amend the
post-mining land use from Wildlife Habitat to Residential. I have also attached a topo map of
the remaining pile of gravel which provides details as to the dimensions.
