RE: Landowner Approval of Trapper Mining's (C-1981-010) Proposed Land Use Change (Permit Revision
PR -10)
Dear Ms. Reilley:
The Colorado State Board of Land Commissioners (Land Board) is the landowner of the area outlined in Trapper
Mining's PR -10 permit revision application. The Land Board accepts the post -mining land use change from
cultivated agriculture to grazing. Staff at the Land Board have reviewed the proposal and toured the site with staff
from Trapper Mining.
