Submittal <br /> CONTRACTOR will submit completed as-built documentation within seven (7) <br /> calendar days upon completion of the work in the following manner: <br /> 1. Submit two (2) hard copies to the MANAGER. <br /> 2. Submit two (2) non-reproducible copies to the MANAGER in electronic form on <br /> compact disks (CD) or DVD's and in an AutoCAD compatible format. <br /> D. The CONTRACTOR will be responsible for performing the following survey activities <br /> associated with the Construction Certification Report: <br /> 1. Provide northing, easting, and elevation for all Soil Liner Fill depth verifications. <br /> 2. Provide northing, easting, and elevation for geomembrane panel intersections <br /> and destructive samples. <br /> 3. Provide continuous northing, easting, and elevation reference for field testing <br /> and sampling location identification. <br /> 4. Provide depth verification for the Low Volume Solution Collection Fill on a 50- <br /> foot by 50-foot grid with additional points at all grade breaks. <br /> 5. Provide depth verification for Drain Cover Fill on a 50-foot by 50-foot grid with <br /> additional survey points at all breaks in grade. <br /> 6. Provide northing, easting and elevation reference for any underground working <br /> confirmatory drillhole and blasthole locations. <br /> Northings, eastings, and elevations for Items 1, 2, 3 and 6 will be performed on a <br /> daily basis and results will be provided to the MANAGER in both electronic and <br /> hardcopy format within 24 hours of performing the survey. <br /> Page 3 <br />
