Everist, Inc., requests a Conditional Approval for the 112 Permit Application for Ragsdale <br /> Reservoirs, DRMS Permit# M-2020-007. <br /> Everything is resolved and approved with the permit except for the Division's adequacy issues with the data in the <br /> Geotechnical Stability Analysis. The applicant would like to get the permit approved on the current Decision Date <br /> of July 2, 2020, but since the geo-tech is not yet resolved, we request a conditional permit approval with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> - Mining operations shall stay 200-ft away from all critical permanent man-made structures until the <br /> Geotechnical Stability Analysis is resolved. <br /> - The applicant shall conduct site-specific geotechnical analysis testing to verify the use of the factors of safety <br /> already presented, and submit the analysis to the Division in the form of a Technical Revision within 90 days <br /> of the 112 permit approval date. <br /> If you have any questions, or need anything else regarding this extension request, please feel free to contact me <br /> (office- 303-286-2247, cell —303-514-2778, email— ImshultsCa-igeverist.com).
