Page 3 June 29,2020 <br /> stormwater flushes the bar ditch. The arsenic concentration in the spill-site soil sample is within the <br /> ranges of natural background in the area and less than the CDPHE threshold value of 11 mg/Kg.Of main <br /> importance,the overall TPH(combined GRO and DRO)concentration in the spill-site soil sample were <br /> low and well below the threshold value of 500 mg/Kg used by OPS and COGCC.In addition,no SVOCs <br /> were detected in the spill soil sample. <br /> On the basis of the above conclusions, I do not recommend that soil remediation be conducted at the <br /> retort water spill site. <br /> If you do not concur with my recommendations,you require more information,or if you wish to <br /> inspect the spill site,please contact me at(970) 242-0170. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> 211� <br /> Bruce D.
