On <br />May 27, 2020 the Division received the delinquent annual report, map and fee. <br /> <br />However, pursuant to C.R.S. 34-32.5-124, DRMS assessed a civil penalty in the amount of $323.00. <br />The Division has yet to receive the civil penalty as cited in the Division’s May 6, 2020 Notice of <br />Violation letter.
