TR-26 Monitoring Well Locations <br /> Technical Revision TR-26 to this permit document consisted of drilling <br /> monitoring wells on lands owned by State of Colorado Lease CO-3388, <br /> Bureau of Land Management, Travis 8, Theresa Oliger, Clay Rathjen, and <br /> Jack Wiltse. This drilling program involved completion of 4 bedrock <br /> monitoring well clusters of 3 wells each (MW-1 thru MW-4) and one <br /> alluvial monitoring well in Hay Gulch, upgradient from the King I mine <br /> site (MW-HGA-4). <br /> Ecosphere Environmental Services of Durango, Colorado has completed <br /> a natural resource survey of the proposed drill sites (Memorandum: <br /> October 25, 2016, "Hydrologic Monitoring Well Sites Natural Resource <br /> Surveys") included as King II Appendix 8(6). <br /> See Section 2.05.6 for a detailed discussion on water monitoring. <br /> MR-49 Drill Site Location <br /> Minor Revision MR-49 to this permit document will consist of drilling an <br /> exploration bore hole on land owned by Bureau of Land Management. <br /> This drilling program will involve completion of one exploration drill hole <br /> labelled GCC-19-06. <br /> Ecosphere Environmental Services, Inc. of Durango, Colorado performed <br /> a natural resource survey of the proposed drill site and issued a report <br /> dated July 9, 2019 <br /> (see Appendix 8(7). <br /> See Section 2.05.6 for a detailed discussion on water monitoring. <br /> GCC Energy, LLC King II Mine <br /> Section 2.04.11 <br /> Page 3 July 16, 2019 (MR-49) <br />
