(Colowyo), the Division has the following <br />comments: <br />1. The Division has performed a reclamation cost estimate to reclaim the additional spoil associated <br />with the Collom Pit. The total value of this estimate is $8,024,738.00 (see attached cost estimate) <br />and is based on the difference of what is proposed under MR -219 and what is currently approved <br />(Exhibit 13C, Task # 046 of the MT -08 RCE). The Division's cost estimate is consistent with <br />previous cost estimates approved by both the Division and Colowyo.
