. On .January 24, 2020, the Division conducted an
aerial inspection of the
site and observed that Operator had continued reclamation
work. Through its aerial
observations,the Division estimated that continued reclamation
work would need to be
done to reduce the reclamation liability at the site sufficient!
for the existing bond to be
sufficient.
. On February 26, 2020, the Division conducted n inspection
action tDivisionpe of the site.
Through the inspection, h determined that reclamation work performed was
sufficient to reduce the amount of necessary financial warranty toapproximately

reclamation in the Board's Ma o 01

. Operator did not submit an increase in financial warrantyas required

. On February 12, 2020, the Division provided notice to
financial warrantor that this rrratt Operator and the
er was set for a hearing at the Board's March 220
meeting to determine if the financial warranty should be forfeited.
. The Division subsequently provided notice to Operator that

for the Board's April 2020 meeting.
. On April 20, 2020, the Operator requested an extension of 180

complete amation to ensure the sufficiency of the existing financial warrant
and comply with the corrective actin g

10. The Division supports the Operator's request to extend

11. The Board has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to theColorado
Mined Land Reclamation Act p
