The application was deemed complete on June 29, 2020. <br /> <br />This revision proposes to add private and federally owned parcels included in Federal Coal Lease <br />COC-78825 to the permit area.These parcels are located within portions of Township 35 North, Range <br />11 West Section 18, Township 35 North, Range 12 West Section 13, Section 22, Section 23, Section <br />26, and Section 27, N.M.P.M. The applicant is not proposing additional surface disturbance outside <br />of the area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the La Plata County Clerk and Recorder, 98 Everett Street, Suite C, Durango, <br />CO 81303 and at the Division’s Denver office.
