Exhibit M - OTHER PERMIT AND LICENSES <br /> 1. An Air Pollution permit will be obtained for the mine operation if needed. Less than 70,000 tons <br /> per year is mined or processed at the site, one may not be needed. The contractor that does the <br /> processing has permits for his equipment. <br /> 2. A Special Use Permit from Pueblo County may be necessary prior to operations commencing on <br /> some of the new parts of the mine. The existing area and an additional 25.3 acres± is covered by a <br /> Pueblo County Exemption date 9/7/77. This area is shown on Map Exhibit C. <br /> 3. This is an open pit operation where ground water will not be exposed. A substitute water <br /> supply plan (SWSP) is not needed. Stormwater that accumulates after a storm event is release within 72 <br /> hours of the end of the storm. <br /> 4. A dredge fill permit (404) is not required at this time because waters of the U.S. will not be <br /> impacted. If it is determined a 404 permit is needed to mine parts of the site it will be obtained prior to <br /> mining commencing in those areas. <br /> 5. CDPHE Permit#COG-501802 (formerly COR-341032), from the COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF <br /> HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT-WATER QUALITY CONTROL DIVISION, is in place to cover any stormwater <br /> discharges. The corresponding Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) is also in place.
