On the attached map, please note the following exceptions highlighted in green and enumerated <br />accordingly: <br />1. Discharge meter was installed incorrectly and giving incorrect readings prior to being replaced <br />(in 2019?). <br />2. Hillside is moving/sliding down. <br />3. Hillside is settling and debris is falling. <br />4. Expanding number and size of "sinkholes." <br />5. No french drain is installed at the old portal site, nor is there any outlet on the portal despite <br />evidence that water is building up behind the "plug." <br />6. Unstable refuse pile jeopardizes 1-70. <br />7. Surface subsidence depressions over old working changes the hydrology of the surface making <br />flood/furrow irrigation impractical. <br />8. Same as above. <br />9. Subsidence features evident on the surface was minimally buried. <br />10. Subsidence in the ditchline releases water from its useful intent. <br />11. Western end of the field sank in elevation. <br />12. Many subsidence features are evident on the surface. <br />13. Floor of this valley sank, impinging water from its useful intent, and necessitating an alternate <br />conveyance. <br />14. Bottom of hill/ditchline sank, necessitating alternate water conveyance. <br />15. Subsidence changed the grade on the irrigation ditch making pipeline necessary. <br />16. At the headgate, a loss of water every year makes agricultural pursuits challenging, at best. <br />
