Soil testing every 3 years will help to monitor <br /> nitrogen and other nutrient levels that may need adjustment due to decomposition of woody mulch <br /> material over time. <br /> Buildings and Other Structures <br /> The portable scale and supporting structure will be removed from the site after mining. <br /> A 24'x 40'framed building, located on the north end of the original permit area, will remain after <br /> mining. This building is used for general storage of maintenance supplies used by the mine operator for <br /> equipment used at other job locations not associated with this mine operation. <br /> The main road into the site from County Road 123 south to the present scale house location will remain <br /> after mining but reduced in width at the land owner's discretion. The roadway may be extended to the <br /> east and south to access the additional forty acres of mining ground. The extended final road will be <br /> 12'wide and limited to small vehicle access for vegetative maintenance purposes. <br />
