The Division supports the Operator's request to extend t ' <br /> 180 daysand he deadline y <br /> also recommended a modification to the corrective actions and cease <br /> • and <br /> desist order required from the May 30, 2019 Order. <br /> CONCLUSIONS of LTV <br /> 11. The Board has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to the Col <br /> Mined Land Reclamation Act P Colorado <br /> for the Extraction of Construction Materials,Article 32.5 of <br /> Title 34, C.R.S. (2019). <br /> 12.
