<br /> complete application to revise a valid existing permit (Permit Revision PR-10) for the King Coal Mine (Permit C-
<br /> 81-035) with the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety.

<br /> miles southwest of Hesperus, CO, as identified on U.S.G.S. 7.5-minute quadrangles of Hesperus, Kline,
<br /> Thompson Park & Mormon Reservoir. The surface of the affected area is owned by the State of Colorado,
<br /> Huntington Ranches, Crawford Ranch, BLM, State of Colorado, GCC Energy, Patricia Ann Compton Rev. Trust,
<br /> Thomas Lee Compton Rev. Trust, Jack Wiltse, Blast & Cast, Inc., Shirard Colorado, LTD Partnership, Devil's
<br /> Canyon Trust, C &C Livestock Corp. and Robert& Manik Hovsepian. The proposed land use at the completion
<br /> of mining is rangeland.
