(Geosyntec) on behalf of Northrop Grumman <br /> Systems Corporation (Northrop) to submit Notices of Intent to Construct Monitoring Holes (form GWS-51) for a <br /> monitoring well and multiple direct-push technology (DPT) injection points to be installed for remediation activities at <br /> the Former Litton Data Systems Facility (the Site) located at 401 East Fillmore Street, Colorado Springs, Colorado. <br /> Please find attached two Notices of Intent, for 401 East Fillmore Street, and for 2931 North Stone Avenue. <br /> DPT injection points will be used to inject remediation fluids in accordance with our underground injection control <br /> permit. DPT boring will be plugged and abandoned after use and no well will be constructed or remain after injection. <br /> One monitoring well will be constructed at 2931 North Stone Avenue.
