Brimmer <br />This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs' Unopposed Motion for Entry of <br />Tenth Circuit Mandate [Docket No. 76] and Plaintiffs' Emergency Motion to Enforce <br />Remedy [Docket No. 77]. This Court entered judgment in favor of defendants on <br />August 16, 2018. Docket No. 63. On appeal, the Tenth Circuit vacated the judgment <br />and remanded the case for entry of an order vacating the North Fork Exception, 81 <br />Fed. Reg. 91,811 (Dec. 19, 2016).
