Evidence of a spill/leak was observed to the south of the road <br /> base stockpile in the northern pit area. The footprint of soil discoloration was approximately 3 by 6 ft. and <br /> saturated a couple of inches. This is cited as a problem, the operator shall immediately remediate the spill and <br /> submit a final report to the Division. <br /> A significant Knapweed infestation was observed in the southern corner of the main pit.
