The application was deemed complete on June 15, 2020. <br /> <br />MR-446 seeks to reduce the total number of Mine Ventilation Boreholes (MVBs) on longwall panels <br />SS3 and SS4 by seven, and to revise the locations of a further 14 pads (one on SS2, seven on SS3 and <br />six on SS4) The layout of MVB access roads is also revised and reduced; more than 17,000 linear <br />feet of road are proposed to be eliminated. The applicant is not proposing additional surface <br />disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the Gunnison County Clerk and Recorder, 221 N. Wisconsin, Gunnison, CO <br />81230 and at the Division’s Denver office.
