Brock took aerial photos on June <br />10th, and Rob reviewed them on the 15th. The weather was clear. <br />Piles of mulch remain staged near the Long -Term Spoil Area and along the road beside the Dugout Pond. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />No water was observed in Sediment Pond #2. Trees obscured the Dugout Pond, and it is not clear if it contained <br />water. Neither pond appeared to be discharging during the inspection. There were no signs that they had <br />discharged recently. No problems were observed with embankments or other aspects of the two ponds. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />No negative impacts from the mine were detected on off-site areas. This includes areas adjacent to the north side <br />of the permit area. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />No erosion or other problems were seen within any fully reclaimed parcels or at the areas undergoing reclamation. <br />This latter category includes roads, B Pit and the Long Term Spoil Area. <br />Vegetation was very green in Parcel 33, but not as green in others. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 8 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br />Page 2 of 6 <br />
