All located west of the 6th Principal Meridian;totaling 2318.3 acres, of which 193 acres for Phase II Release <br /> are requested in the Partial Bond Release (SL-8). The USGS 7.5 Minute Quadrangle maps for Dunckley and <br /> Mt. Harris contain the described affected area. <br /> A Corporate Surety Bond in the amount of$1,379,988.51 is currently in place of which $400,000 is being <br /> requested for release. Pursuant to Rule 3.01.1, a permittee may request Phase II bond Release upon the <br /> establishment of vegetation which supports the approved postmining land use and which meets the approved <br /> success standard for cover, pursuit to Rule 4.15.8. The portion of the mine for which Bond Release is being <br /> requested consists primarily of permanent roads, permanent ponds, and previously released areas. <br /> Reclamation of the disturbed mining areas and demolition of non-permanent structures occurred throughout <br /> the reclamation phases from 1997 through 2013. The approved reclamation plan can be viewed in its entirety <br /> in the Seneca Yoast Mine Permit Application Package located at the Twentymile Mine Office, Oak Creek, <br /> Colorado. <br /> A copy of the SL-8 bond release application is available for public inspection at the Twentymile Mine Office, <br /> 29515 Routt County Road 27, Oak Creek, Colorado 80467. Written comments or objections or requests for <br /> public hearing or informal conference concerning this application may be submitted to, and additional <br /> information obtained from, the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, <br /> Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203-2273, (303) 866-3567.
