<br /> You are receiving this notification as a requirement by the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety
<br /> (CDRMS). Pursuit to rule 3.03.2 of CDRMS regulations Seneca Properties, LLC is required to notify all adjoining
<br /> property owners, surface owners, appropriate local government bodies, municipalities, regional planning
<br /> commissions, boards of county commissioners, county planning agencies, sewage and water treatment authorities,
<br /> and water conservancy and water conservation districts in the locality in which the surface coal mining operations
<br /> took place.
<br /> Seneca Property, LLC, 29515 Routt County Road 27, Oak Creek, Colorado 80467, has requested release of Partial
<br /> Phase III Liability on 367.0 acres of its reclaimed lands at the Seneca II West Mine (CDRMS Permit No. C 1982-057,
<br /> approved December 31, 1985).
<br /> The Seneca II-West Mine is located approximately seven mile south of the Town of Hayden, Colorado, off of Routt
<br /> County Road 53. The specific area to which this bond release request applies is included within the Permit Area
<br /> located as follows:

<br /> and Mt. Harris contain the described affected area.
