June 4, 2020 C-1981-019/Colowyo Coal Mine ZTT <br />occurring. Collom diches D-1, 2, 3, and D-6 ditches were inspected. All the ditches were dry and stable and no <br />issues were observed. <br />An upper portion of the Taylor Tributary Ditch was constructed in the fall of 2019. This portion of the ditch was <br />inspected. The ditch was well graded with a trapezoidal design and well armored with rip rap. No issues of erosion <br />or cutting was observed and the new section of the Taylor Tributary Ditch was functional. <br />Most of the ponds at the Colowyo Mine were inspected. This included the Prospect, Streeter, Work Area, Stoker <br />Siding, Gossard, Rail Loop, Section 36, Middle, Section 25, Sidehill and Section 26 Ponds. Most ponds held <br />minimal water with no discharge. All pond embankments were stable and spillways were in functioning order with <br />no issues observed. <br />Sediment fence was inspected throughout the site, specifically the areas associated with the Collom Pit. All <br />observed silt fencing was stable and in working order.
