The inspection was conducted and the report and photos prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the <br />DRMS. Temperature was approximately 65 degrees F, skies were clear and the air was clam. Roads into <br />the site are in good repair with no ruts or standing water. <br />PERMITTING ACTIONS in PROGRESS: <br />o Land Use Change from rangeland/crop to industrial <br />o Technical Revision for stock tanks <br />o Update to the Reclamation Plan <br />o SL4 in process at DRM <br />MAINTENANCE ITEMS <br />INSPECTION <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />Reclamation is underway as permitted. Most facilities have been removed throughout the site. <br />Approximatly 30 acres remain for seeding this Spring (2020). The site appeared to be greening up at the <br />time of inspection. There was no activity occuring at the site as contracting had been halted due to the <br />novel corona virus. Work will commence again in the next couple of weeks. Machinery is staged at the <br />north end of the site. <br />SIGNS and MARKERS — Rule 4.02 <br />o Topsoil stockpiles observed were clearly marked with identifying signs. <br />o Ponds generally have tposts. <br />o Permit boundary markers were adequately spaced and easily visible. <br />o Mine site identification signs to the site from CO Road 13, were intact, displaying all required <br />information: mine name, operator name, address, phone number, DRMS permit number and <br />contact information were intact, displaying all required information: mine name, operator name, <br />address, phone number, DRMS permit number and contact information. <br />o Stream buffer zone markers were noted to be adequatly spaced and visible. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 8 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 4 <br />
