It is important to narrow down the issue(s).
We purchased the property in 1995.We used the domestic well to water the trees and grass on the property.
May of 2014 the well ran out of water. Hired Quality Well and Pump to get the well pumping again.Quality
lowered the pump 4 feet to the bottom of the well casing. The bottom of the well casing is 43 feet deep
according to Quality. The well ran out of water again in 2016.The pump is at the bottom of the casing and there
is not any water in the well.
I lost my husband in 2011 and he would handle the outside duties including the well. Have had to use North
Weld water outside since 2016. Did not think of contacting the gravel company about my well. Spoke with my
neighbor Murata and his well went dry because of the dewatering of the gravel pit.The Murata pump was
lowered to provide enough water for his pump. My property shares the north property lime with Murata.
I was advised to register,y well then the DRMS would investigate my well for damages. I recently registered my
domestic well permit number 317410 receipt 10003303. (copy attached)I was told that the Loloff Pit was
dewatered from 2013 thru 2017 and this was the time that my well ran out of water. I was told that this is during
the same time when the Loloff Pit dewatering dried up domestic wells along north 1 st ave 1500 feet west of the
Loloff Pit.. My property is located approximately 1300 feet to the east of the Loloff Pit up on the hill.
There are damages to my fences on the west and north property. Over the years the equipment has gotten too
close to the fence and gravel was piled along the fence damaging it.Will try to provide a photo.
Requesting a full investigation of the loss of water to my domestic well from the dewatering of the LOloff Pit.
Would like my fences repaired or replaced.
Have you contacted the operator or party conducting the operation?
