It is important to narrow down the issue(s). <br /> This is a gravel pit. <br /> Standing water attracting mosquitos. because hemp is also grown in this gravel pit and around it, (same land <br /> owner-same person that owns pit),county and residents are not allowed to spray or fog for mosquitos.So <br /> mosquitos thrive. <br /> Trash(black plastic rolls)from old irrigation system for hemp farm dumped in gravel pit over the side of one of <br /> the cliffs.Tons of it.Afraid they will bury it. concerned for environment.Also,this plastic is old and brittle and <br /> breaks off in wind spreading trash on neighbors property and townsend road. <br /> Still on occasion using resident's private road, not their own access to the pit. Last occurrence we believe was a <br /> mechanic for a piece of their equipment using our road to access the pit instead of their own access. <br /> Their pit boundary signs blew away. <br /> Steep cliff without barriers <br /> Have you contacted the operator or party conducting the operation?
