The table lists the area covered by the <br /> various parts of the permit area that is being released. We have been notified by the Metro <br /> Wastewater District that they plan to condemn a portion of this area and build a pipeline across <br /> it. It is important to have this release in place before this happens to avoid disturbing the <br /> completed reclamation. <br /> The area being release is in an area called the South Area and cover all of the area west of the <br /> main haul road and around the top the west side of slope into the reservoir. Where needed the <br /> area has been resoiled and seeded. The area was seeded in 2016 so there is at least 4 years of <br /> sustained growth on the areas. <br /> Reclamation is complete in accordance with our approved Reclamation Plan.
