Box C <br /> Ouray, CO 81427 <br /> RE: Notice of Intent to Drill in Governor Basin this coming field season. <br /> Dear Connie, <br /> As required by the Colorado Department of Reclamation, Mines and Safety (DRMS) regulations <br /> pertaining to Notices of Intent to Explore for minerals, Ouray Silver Mines would like to inform the County <br /> that we have a planned exploratory drilling program scheduled for this summer in Governor Basin on <br /> OSMI patented mining claims. <br /> A NOI permit has been applied for and the tentative start date of the drilling program is set for late June or <br /> early July and should last approximately 45 days. Drilling will consist of the construction of one (1) drill <br /> pad located entirely on OSMI private property accessed by existing roadways. <br /> At the conclusion of the program, disturbed land will be reclaimed as required by the NOI.
