This decision will <br />become final at the close of the thirty (30) day public comment period, which commences with the <br />initial publication in the Fort Lupton Press. A copy of the proposed decision and written findings <br />is enclosed. <br /> <br />The Division proposes to approve a partial phase II bond release on parcels 31, 32, and 33. As <br />provided by Rule 3.03.2(6), should you object to the Division's proposed decision, you may request <br />an adjudicatory hearing. <br /> <br />If you have questions or need of additional information, please contact me. <br />
