The aerial images <br /> were collected by Broc Bowles of CDRMS on May 18, 2020, and downloaded to digital files on may 19,2020. <br /> The weather at the time of the photos appears clear and dry. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> Pond 18 is located south west of the mine office. The pond and surrounding fields were dry. This pond is <br /> north of Calamity draw. Calamity draw was flowing. <br /> The agriculture in the region depends heavily upon irrigation. The irrigation sprinklers are operating in the <br /> irrigated fields. <br /> The regraded Goforth pond has been completed and is holding water. <br /> Pond 9 and Pond 12 were both dry. Pond 16 was dry as well. <br /> Pond 13 was full of water. The Division is currently reviewing TR99 specific to Pond 13. <br /> Pond 15 and the C29 ditch was dry too. <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS -Rule 4.15,Rule 3: <br /> The irrigated pasture reference area has been irrigated and is quite green. Piping can be seen along the <br /> eastern edge of this field. The southwest end of the field where the shelf rock is close to the surface is quite <br /> brown. Due to the shallower soils in this part of the field, the SW corner is not included in the Irrigated pasture <br /> reference area. <br /> Irrigated pasture areas look good and green from the air,Dryland pastures look rather sparse from the air at this <br /> time. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 7 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />
