The weather was clear. Rob Zuber of DRMS reviewed the photos on May 20, 2020. HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: All ponds were dry (West Mine and Coal Storage Area pond) or appeared to be dry (loadout pond). No problems were seen with the embankments or other portions of these ponds. RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: The reclamation on the following areas was inspected, and no problems were seen: • The East Mine • Roads • Former bench areas • The Old Waste Disposal Area • Ponds 1 — 4 • The Refuse Disposal Area • The ROM and timber storage areas and reclaimed pond below • The West Mine. OFFSITE SUPPORT FACILIITES - Rule 4.04,4.28: No problems were seen with the loadout (the portion along State Highway 133) or the Coal Storage Area near the loadout. (The siding was not inspected.)
