Doug Smith of Oxbow Mining, LLC. accompanied the inspection throughout. The weather was clear, <br />dry and warm. There was no activity at the site, and no sign of any recent disturbance. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS — Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />Records were available at the mine office, details are given at the end of this report. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />The site was secure behind a locked gate. There was no sign of any recent activity or fresh disturbance. <br />REVEGETATION — Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />Mr Smith had recently been spraying the site for weeds. Whitetop (Hoary cress, Lepidiurn draba) is <br />prevalent in the area and small clumps are evident at the loadout, particularly close to the railroad corridor.
