My review is specific to King's responses associated with my <br />adequacy questions found under my memo dated April 3, 2020 as well as the Division's adequacy letter <br />dated April 4, 2020 (Items 12, 13, 14 and 15). <br />4.03.2 — Access Roads <br />4.03.2(1) — General Requirements (Item 12) <br />Item 12: Please have King update the above mentioned section to include discussion of the new access <br />road to King III portals. <br />King has provided and updated 2.05.3 to included discussion of the new access road to the King III <br />portals. No additional information is need and Item 12 has been satisfied. <br />4.03.2(3) — Design and Construction (Item 13) <br />Item 13: As required by this Rule, please have King provide a demonstration to the Division that <br />embankment stability will result. <br />King has provided additional clarification and detail to Map King II -007M which no longer requires a <br />provided stability demonstration for the proposed embankment of the access road associated with the <br />proposed King III portals.
