Everist, Inc. shall be operator of the Ragsdale Reservoirs (in Weld County, Colorado), a sand and gravel <br /> mine, which has a reclamation plan of developed water storage <br /> Cannon Land Company owns the following structure(s), which are located within 200 feet of the permitted area: <br /> Fences, 3-bridges, powerlines. North-House, 7-sheds, carport, barn, water well. Mid- House, barn, shed, <br /> water well, grain elevator, 3-silos, shed. South -House, barn, 9-sheds, water well, water lines, 2-sprinkler <br /> pivots, diversion structures, pump houses, 9-water wells <br /> L.G. Everist, Inc. agrees to, and certifies this agreement as follows: <br /> The permittee, L.G. Everist, Inc., does hereby certify that the above-named Owner shall be compensated for <br /> any damage to the above-listed Structure(s), which is located within 200 feet of the permitted area, as a result <br /> of the mining operation known as Ragsdale Reservoirs. <br /> A signature by the Structure Owner and a notary seal in the spaces provided below shall satisfy the MLR law <br /> requirement.
