Exhibit G Water Information (cont) <br /> The Applicant will maintain a SWSP throughout the life of <br /> the mine . After completion and reclamation of all lined <br /> reservoirs there will be no long-term evaporative depletions . <br /> However, if any unlined open surface water areas remain at the <br /> end of reclamation, then a court approved augmentation plan will <br /> be applied for before reclamation is complete . <br /> 100-Year Floodplain <br /> Portions of the Ragsdale Reservoirs mine are located within <br /> the 100-year floodplain of the South Platte River. The applicant <br /> will obtain a Flood Hazard development Permit from Weld County as <br /> needed.
