Proof of Publication in newspaper has been included. <br /> 2. Proof of notice to all owners of record of surface and mineral rights of the affected land and <br /> owners of record of all land surfaces within 200' of boundary have been included. <br /> 3. Letter from Division of Water Resources has been acknowledged and we propose no changes and <br /> are fine as is. <br /> 4. Aerial image map has been revised to include the four boundary corner coordinates of the <br /> entrance of the haul road area. <br /> 5. Topsoil will be salvaged and stockpiled separately. If it is not used within 180 days, it will be <br /> seeded with approved seed mixture for the purpose of stabilization and erosion control. <br /> 6. We eliminated the portable concrete and asphalt plant setup. Mining map will not have to be <br /> updated with this elimination. <br /> 7. The size of the berms will be a minimum of 13' —20' wide by 2' high to ensure they will not fail <br /> during times of high precipitation. <br /> 8. Berms will be constructed from overburden instead of topsoil. A new map updates berm <br /> specification and location of topsoil stockpile. <br /> 9. Disturbance Dimensions are posted in Exhibit E Mining Plan Map and required dimensions of <br /> stockpiles and berms are also specified.
