Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br />N - Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br />NA - Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br />COMMENTS <br />This was an aerial inspection of the Seneca II W Mine, C1982057, operated by Seneca Property LLC. The <br />inspection was conducted aerially by Brock Bowles and the images analyzed and the report prepared by me, Robin <br />Reilley of the DRMS. No mine representative was present as this was an aerial inspection. No hydrologic or air <br />quality issues were detected in the imagery. The weather appeared overcast. <br />UPCOMING PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br />Phase II and III bond release under review by DRMS. Inspection to be scheduled for spring2020. <br />INSPECTION: <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />Reclamation appears stable. Vegetation was beginning to green at the time of inspection, drainages and contour <br />ditches appeared in good repair and appeared stable as did steep, slide prone areas. Reclamation activities, for the <br />most part, have been completed at the site. <br />ROADS Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance 4.03.1(5) and (6) <br />4.03.2(5) and (6). <br />o Roads, obsvered in the imagery appeared stable and in good condition. <br />o No fugitive dust was noted. <br />o No rutted areas or areas of standing water were noted in the imagery. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE- Rule 4.05 <br />General Requirements 4.05.1; Effluent Standards 4.05.2; Divergence and Conveyance of Overland Flow 4.05.3; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Sediment Control Measures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7; Impoundments <br />4.05.9; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Underground Mine Entry 4.05.10; Surface and Ground Water <br />Monitoring 4.05.13, -Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />C Ponds were holding water and some appeared to be discharging. <br />C Check dams, contour ditches and reconstructed drainages appeared intact and stable. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 7 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />
