Skies appeared cloudy. Demolition of the site is nearly complete. Topsoil and grading
along the Williams Fork River were for the most part completed in the fall of 2019. A small area of approximatly
35 acres to the north remains to be seeded this spring. Backfilling and grading at the portal will recommence in
the spring. Main haul and access roads appeared in good repair, no offsite hydrologic or air quality issues were
detected in the imagery.
UPCOMING PERMITTING ACTIONS:
o Phase I, 1I and III bond release of Utah Track and the Williams Fork strip pit received by DRMS 25
January 2019 is in progress and pending receipt of additional technical revisions before advancing to issuance.
GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE:
Reclamation is for the most part complete and has been performed as permitted, with the facilities demolished.
Most ponds will remain as permanent stock tanks, as over the course of the year they retain small amounts of
water. With the exception of a vehicle storage building, any remaining facilities will be demolished and hauled
away.
