We understand that a Colorado Division of Reclamation,Mining and <br /> Safety permit renewal is required for the slurry wall's recent repair. <br /> It is our understanding that the slurry wall construction/repair has had no negative effect on our <br /> significant,valuable and permanent manmade structures located within two hundred(200)feet of <br /> the permit boundary. It is also our understanding that the Applicant,Barefoot LLC,is ultimately <br /> liable for operations pertaining to the reclamation of the ponds and agrees to compensate any <br /> damages to any Colorado Department of Transportation structures(including but not limited to <br /> bridges,roadways,right of way fence and appurtenances).
