At this time CRG 3 0 <br /> wishes to retain the drilling and trenching portions of the plan,with no change to those activities. o p <br /> s <br /> • t0 <br /> We understand that this modification represents a decrease in the amount of bonded disturbance. As o b <br /> such,are also submitting a request for financial warranty reduction, under separate cover,concurrent g .tea <br /> with this NOI modification. <br /> One item of note is that CRG is also currently submitting the bonds for the recently-approved 110(2) <br /> permit applications for M-2020-013 and M-2020-014,which will completely cover the amounts and <br /> types of site disturbance which is being removed from the NOI plan under this modification.
