CIVIL RES'PURCES, LLC <br /> ENGINEERS & PLANNERS <br /> April 3, 2020 <br /> VIA:Certified Mail <br /> RE:Well Owner Correspondence <br /> Dear Well Owner/Representative: <br /> Bestway Concrete and Aggregate plans to amend the Vogl property into their current Shores Gravel Mine Permit M- <br /> 1998-013 and mine the Vogl Property shown on the attached Figures starting in late 2020 or early 2021. Per the <br /> Colorado State Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety(DRMS) Burnco Colorado, LLC is required to contact <br /> adjacent wells owners and notify them that there could be potential impacts to their wells. <br /> The southwestern phase of the mine intends to be a wet mine as there will be no slurry wall installed so up-gradient <br /> (western)wells could be impacted. The miner is willing to mitigate the impacts to the wells during the course of the <br /> mining if the miner's activities are proven to be the cause of the negative impact,the miner commits to this mitigation. <br /> The miner should be notified of impacts and given time to provide support to assist in a temporary solution such as; <br /> providing a cistern, redrilling the well deeper or water deliveries.
